At Puresafe Tech Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and products. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Services

We provide digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • Website Maintenance
  • IT Consultancy
  • SEO Services
  • Digital Marketing
  • Graphic Design
  • Content Writing
  • Digital Advertising
  • eBooks and Other Digital Products

As these services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, different refund conditions apply depending on the stage of service delivery.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.

If work has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as project resources and development time have already been allocated.

3. Refund Policy

Digital Services

Payments made for custom digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except:

  • where required under applicable law;
  • if Puresafe Tech Private Limited is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us; or
  • if otherwise agreed in writing.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all eBook purchases are non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided, except where required under applicable law.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Service Issues

If you experience any issue with the delivery or quality of our services, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern promptly.

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback requests may be contested with supporting documentation.
